If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to adjust a setting in Microsoft Edge, this update is for you. Microsoft is streamlining the Settings page, so you won’t have to search through endless menus to find what you need.
What's changing?
A new quick access panel will appear under the main Settings menu, offering shortcuts to the most used features.
Settings will also be organised into smaller submenus, such as "System and Performance" and "Appearance," making it easier to locate specific options. Even better, each submenu will come with its own quick access shortcuts.
These improvements are set to challenge Google Chrome’s well-organised settings layout. If your team isn’t already using Edge as the default browser, now is a great time to reconsider.
Microsoft is currently testing these updates, with a wider release expected soon. Once available, you’ll experience much smoother navigation.
