At MSC IT Solutions we’re looking for a 2nd / 3rd line support engineer with a strong technical background and solid experience in all aspects of technical support. The support engineer will be responsible for investigating a wide range of technical issues in both the Education and SMB sector.
This new and exciting role will involve working closely with all of our team, attending meetings with potential and existing clients to help suggest technical solutions and provide a technical insight. You will then work closely with clients to implement the proposed solutions. This will be a hands on technical role with plenty of opportunity to explore new technologies in both test and live environments as well as gain industry recognised training and qualifications.
The role of a Business Development Manager requires the ability to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing of new customers in need of ICT Consultancy, Support and services. You will be dealing mainly within education and SMB environments, and will be generating leads and maintaining strong client relationships at every opportunity.
